After a quick response they showed up on time and picked up our furniture. I would definitely use them again.
They answered my call right away, gave me a quote and picked up junk within 2 hours. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and efficient junk removal service.
Same day response Very nice, fast and super friendly!! Highly recommend!
We had to get rid of a fridge on short notice as my daughter was moving into a house. I called Michael and several others. He was concerned about the price because he has to charge for a long drive and we were over 90 minutes away. His price was still in range of other companies close by. He came same-day. He told us an estimated arrival as late afternoon, and sent us updates. The job was difficult. They had to disassemble the fridge and remove the front door because the fridge would not have fit through the door otherwise. They were careful with the house as we had just been painting in the area of the fridge and the exit. Michael and his son did excellent work and they left no trace. They reinstalled the front door correctly.
I absolutely recommend this company. Michael is a professional and I will be calling him anytime I need an appliance removed from a house.
Michael was right on time which I really appreciated. I had heavy furniture which needed to be disassembled and then carried down three flights of stairs. Michael and his assistant were extremely polite, friendly and efficient. They moved the furniture very quickly with no issues. Michael then helped me reposition the remaining furniture which was extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Michael! I will definitely use Mora Junk Removal in the future and recommend them to my friends.
I was running errands and realized I would not make our meeting time. I let Michael know and despite that he was waiting for me when I got home. He loaded up everything I needed to get rid of and drove away. Then I realized I had more stuff that wasn’t in the pile. I called his cell and offered to meet him at his current location, he said he would be right back. And he was! Michael is personable, professional and friendly. I will use his service again next time I need it and I highly recommend him. Thank you Michael!
